What payment methods do you accept?  

          Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express

 

When is payment due for my order?

            50% is due when order is placed and the balance is due at pick up.

How early should I schedule my appointment?

            If you need a certain day or time, it is never too early to schedule. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 9-6 and Friday 9-5.  Popular times such as early mornings and after school appointments fill up quickly as well as the end of summer and fall months. 

 

When do I pay for my session fee and what does it cover?

            Your session fee is required at time of booking and is the only way to hold appointment. This covers the talent and time for the session and 1 view and order appointment to help to help design displays for your home. .

 

How long does the process take?

            After the session the view and order appointment will take place about a week later.  Most portraits and products take 2 weeks to come in.

 

What if I need to reschedule my session?

            I understand unexpected events come up, whether is it due to illness, weather or emergencies. Session fees are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled 1 time. Please give 24-48 hours notice.

What if I need to reschedule View and Order Appointment?

             These appointments may also be reschedule 1 time with 24-48 hours notice.  Additional appointments may be schedule for a fee. 

 

Do you offer digital files?

           I will send any ordered image file to you to use on social media, your phone, or email to family and friends. These files will have a watermark and cannot be printed.  It is my job to make sure you get the absolute best artwork possible for your home. This is why I keep all high res digital files so they are printed from professional labs with quality control in place.  I believe it is a disservice to you for spending the time preparing for a session and not helping you through the process of making sure they get displayed beautifully in your home to be enjoyed.

 

What if I want to make a copy of my images?

            All images remain property of Noelle K Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. Duplication (whether by scanning or reprinting) is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted by law. Posting images to social media that were not given are included.

 

Do you keep digital files?

          Yes, I have duplicate copies of your purchased files. As technology changes I do not guarantee the storage of your images.  My job is to create artwork for you to enjoy in your home every day and printed heirlooms to pass down.

Reminder for your personal images:  As a photographer and a mom, when was the last time you printed or backed up all of your personal snapshots of your family?  Don’t allow a crashing hard drive, phone, usb etc.…  to cause you the pain of losing years of your family memories!  Create several backups in different locations and get them printed!  How often do you sit at your computer and pull up files to look at anyway?
